Shipped within Japan only (no international shipping). Estimated shipping times after payment is completed are noted on each work's page. Made-to-order works may take longer than this. The NFC tag for the certificate of authenticity is delivered separately from the work, including for in-gallery purchases, by Startbahn, Inc. (typically arriving 2-3 days after the work itself). |

| Payment Deadline |
The timing of credit card payment depends on your card issuer's billing cutoff date and contract terms; please inquire with your card issuer for details. For bank transfer, please complete payment within 3 business days of your order date. If payment is not confirmed within that period, your order may be cancelled. |
| Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, etc. |
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review the work carefully, and contact us with any questions before placing your order. If the work you receive differs from what you ordered, or arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the work's arrival. Exchanges, refunds, and other resolutions will be handled at the responsibility and expense of the Company (Tanseisha Co., Ltd.). For made-to-order works, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun. Returns made after the deadline cannot be accepted. If the purchaser is unable to receive the work for reasons attributable to them, or if the work is returned to us for reasons attributable to the purchaser, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the purchaser. |
