A work from the Walking series. (Although it's seated.)
Walking = Movement
People are creatures drawn to bonfires, films, and things that move.
So, by adding legs to my own work, I bring out a sense of humanity and of being a living creature,
It was born through the creation of movement.
This work is composed of two mysterious creatures (modeled on sea slugs) and two sets of legs.
“Nikoichi” – a piece that evokes the lovely idea of two becoming one.
It's just a little bit sexy.

Each piece is delivered in its own paulownia box.
