Having carried positive meaning universally, across countries and cultures, Koga chose the owl as one of the motifs for his Lucky Charm series.
In many countries, the owl is a symbol of good fortune and wisdom. Koga develops his own distinctive expression centered on the concept "NEO WABI-SABI," which combines two opposing elements inherent in Japanese culture: the simplicity of stillness and the vitality of motion.
