It is slowly fired in an anagama kiln for 5 days, then cooled for a week before being taken out of the kiln.
If you apply the highly transparent Shino glaze on top of the iron glaze, it will take on a lustrous color similar to red bean.
There are also many other highlights, such as the chewy yuzu skin and the delicious Mogusa soil.
