Fired slowly in an anagama kiln for five days, then cooled for a week before being drawn from the kiln. Though small, it is filled with highlights—white yuzu-peel texture, iron-painted decoration, and hi-iro. Its crisply cut form feels refreshing, a piece to enjoy rolling in the palm of your hand.
