About 20 years have passed since I returned to Japan.
During that time, various ideas flowed out like water.
We have created and produced new works one after another.
Looking back at those ideas now,
There was a hidden goodness in it that I couldn't see at the time.
The part of the plate at the top of this work is the shape I used in my 2004 solo exhibition.
I wish I could tell that to myself back then.
