DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Thin plaster boards with corners cut at 45 degrees are laid out one by one by feel, then assembled tier by tier so that the space of a "pouring vessel" rises up.
Porcelain slip is poured into the space formed by the assembled plaster boards; once the mold is removed, the shape of the pouring vessel is complete.
This pouring vessel makes expressive use of its formal characteristics — among vessels, one of the more functionally rich — and is shaped intuitively and at random.
It is also designed so that its form and texture take on an entirely different expression depending on the setting in which it is used.
