Daruma dolls have been popular as lucky charms that can make people's wishes come true.
In this work, instead of words such as ``Guaranteed Victory'', ``Good Fortune'', and ``Business Prosperity'', many characters are drawn on the entire body using colorful graffiti.
「Get Stand Up」「Stay Gold」「Silver lining」
These positive words are Koga's words for today's society.
The studs that cover the Daruma are from punk, and the graffiti is from street culture, all of which are captured in the canvas of the Daruma, which has been nurtured in Japanese culture. Koga finds common ideas in these different cultures.
